Finn was adopted from the Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue. At that time he was extremely under
weight, loaded with parasites, Lyme positive, and totally unsocialized. Oh yes, and he had no idea what a boy of water
was!! Fast forward, he is now a healthy, loving, and very active boy.
He loves to dock dive and has earned his
National Junior Title and Regional Senior Title. Top regional jump is 19' 11" into natural water - he just loves the
lakes and ponds over the pool. Top national jump is 14' 10" into a pool. Finn doesn't get a whole lot of distance,
but he puts on a heck of a show dancing and spinning on the dock, the whole time with a big smile. He gets a huge pop
when leaving the dock and just seems to hang in the air. The rescue calls him the "Flying Finn". In addition,
Finn enjoys doing obedience, therapy work, and reading programs involving children.
