Abby loves to learn new things and is very accomplished at a number of tricks
to include the basics like shake, roll-over and play dead. In addition she can also open doors, turn the light on and
off, pick up any object that has been dropped, knows left from right, find anyone on command and her favorite thing is acting
as an alarm clock and waking up the kids in the morning.
Abby competed in her first official event at the Pet Expo
in Harrisburg, PA in 2006, followed by the Summer Blast event at Codorus State Park, where she placed first in the Junior
division at both events! At the events, Abby can be seen lounging with the kids during the down time, and when it comes
time to go to the dock she is ready to go, Frisbee in mouth and dragging the kids as quickly as possible to the dock!
Abby leads a very active life which includes attending various obedience and agility classes, swimming, hiking, doggie play
dates, playing Frisbee, and of course dock diving!
