1 large can (14 ¾ ounces) red or pink salmon; drain the salmon, but reserve the liquid
2 eggs
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Combine all the ingredient in large mixing bowl. Add enough of the liquid from the salmon so that the dough forms a ball. Mix. Press the dough into a 9- by 9-inch glass pan that has been greased or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. While the brownies are still warm, cut them with a pizza cutter or sharp knife to make nice, even bars. Allow them to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days or freeze.
