2008 Warren County Fair

Front Royal VA - What a great, all day event. The weather was perfect - in the 80's. The audience loved seeing the dogs fly and there were several that were interested in giving it a try in the future.

Taylor Rohrbaugh & Daisy Lou won their very first event with a 24' 8" jump and added another leg to their Elite Title. Go Lil' Lou!! Taylor also brought along Nestle and they finished third in the Pro Finals with a 23' 5" and dominated EV with a winning grab of 7'.

Tim Kline also brought along two dogs - Bella and Jasper. Bella jumped 23' 9" for a 4th Place Pro Finals finish. Jasper surprised everyone by jumping 19' and qualifying for Senior Finals where he finished in 2nd Place. In EV, after almost pulling Kellie's arm off and having words with Thunder, Jasper grabbed a new Personal Best of 6' 10" for a 2nd Place finish followed closely by Thunder with a 6' 8" grab for a 3rd Place finish.

Buddy's NOT BROKEN!! After his injury while staying at her house, Sharon was extremely relieved to see Buddy popping off some 19' and 20' jumps for a 9th Place finish in Pro Finals and matching his Personal Best of 5' 8" in EV. Buddy was so happy to relieve some of his pent up energy after being on restricted activity for three weeks. Kasey, competing at only his second event after the accident, jumped all the way to 5' 10" for a 2nd Place Cadet EV finish thrilling Alexandra with his progress.

The puppies were out in full force for this event. Eric & Henry jumped 20' 4" to win 7th Place in the Pro Finals. Emi & Fudge matched their 5' 8" Personal Best in EV and went on to win 1st Place in the Junior Finals. Emi woke up the next day and loved seeing her prize bags and ribbons after sleeping through the award ceremony the night before. Taylor & Kovacs jumped to a 2nd Place Novice finish. Susan & Coleman jumped to a new Personal Best of 15' 10".
